In October 2005, Butler Shanghai Co., Ltd. was fully satisfied with our company on the size of the enterprise; production capacity of equipment, technology after visited our company. In BlueScope Butler (India) Limited steel plant construction projects, the company with Huaye had the initial exploratory cooperation. Cooperation with COSCO Kawasaki Heavy Industries Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (SCK)

Shanghai COSCO Kawasaki Heavy Industries Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (SCK) is a joint venture built by China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation (COSCO) and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (Kawasaki), specializing in steel structure design, manufacturing, installation and sale and featuring advanced technology. Taking the advantages of Cusco’s over a century of long history and rich experience in management and Kawasaki's cutting-edge technology in heavy industries, based on a KPS production management system and P-D-C-A managerial approaches, SCK has established an effective interior production and operation system. SCK introduced a proprietary technology from Kawasaki for its steel structure manufacturing.

After strict observation and investigation, SCK and Huaye steel structure manufacturing center established initial cooperative relationship. In Dec. 2005, director of SCK accompanied his customer, high level leaders of Norwegian aluminum plant to visit our company. They confirmed at last Huaye steel structure manufacturing center as cooperative partner of SCK in the project of Norwegian aluminum plant. After then, considering many reasons such as transportation costs during the project construction, expected delivery is required earlier. COSCO Kawasaki failed to consult with different parties. Huaye steel structure decided to help customer save costs, and solve problem, finish work on-demand. As a result, all employees in the company gathered up all forces, and worked two days and two nights, finally finished the task with quantitative and qualitative satisfaction, which would have been impossible to complete.
