NingBo ZheHua Heavy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the subsidiary of Huaye Iron & Steel Group, specializes in all
kinds of steel pipes production. The company is located in the Ninbo Camel Mechanical and Electric industry zone, abutting
against National road 329. Equipped with Lincoln internal and external double-line submerged-arc welders from U.S.A and
straight seam recoilers of 30*300012*6000，12*2000, spiral two-sided submerged-arc welding steel pipes of diameters 219-3420mm,
thickness 6-25mm are our main products. The company has annual production capacity of about 500 thousand tons. Big caliber
thick straight seam welding pipes our company produces are used for steel structural construction pipes or steel pipes,
concrete structure pipes, piling pipes, liquid-carrying pipes, mechanically- making-roller pipes.
200 thousand tons is the planned annual production of JCOE pipe production lines in our company. The production line is
the most advanced and highest automatic line in China for big caliber thick straight seam structural welding pipes. Its
products are widely used in those areas such as common water-piloting or water-supplying pressure pipes, gas or oil carrying
pipes, piling pipes for large bridge, port, municipal construction. Our company has got permission to use API emblem from
API, Pressure pipeline production licence, quality management system certificate, passed measuring level certificate. Our
products have achieved internationally advanced level. Our products enjoy satisfaction from domestic and foreign customers.
until now, we participated in 11th five-year plan's outline major project Shougang Jingtang iron and steel plant project,
key construction projects in Zhejiang province-Huzhou city Tiger reservoir water diversion project in Zhejiang province,
and Palm Jebel Ali main & crescent bridges project and so on. All those bring unanimous appreciation from our customers.
