Daily communication of work can reflect our efforts and passion, but how to improve work efficiency is what we need to think about. Regarding the problems at work, we solved them by communication at the first time, but grooming the job and optimizing the process at the second time. Therefore, we usually find some colleagues paid much more passion on the communication with the customers, but about frequent repeated problems with the same customers, or the same problem to do a number of customers. Such problems are to be solved through the process, or the effectiveness of the work must be affected.

The second thing to consider is role conversion. The focus of our work is customer service, and we will let new colleagues join us and get feedback through their operation, if they can operate the system smoothly and clearly, then our value is reflected. As we said, the product is the man and the man is the product. Hence our state of mind is very important, which the product made with tangled and extreme heart is also narrow and limited. If we open our mind, our product will be inclusive.

In the last month, the environmental inspection on the enterprises of Shanghai including other areas is more stringent and we all also know that there are more than 300 enterprises in Baoshan District shut down due to the check failed. But for HuaYe, we are not subject to any impact, which reflects our advantages through the years of foundation work. Along with the other companies to suspend production for rectification, the spare capacity will be naturally come to the Shanghai Processing Center, whose capacity is the highest among all the centers in December. The capacity of 2016 is increased by 25% or more compared to 2015, so our work achievements are all from sustained accumulation. As for us personally, we need perseverance and more thinking. And the next is to think about how much we changed, and also from our thinking and action, including the way to people.

We always have the thinking of development, and our colleagues all have the ability and applicable quality, so we are competitive and representative, which persistence of profit is the result of our efforts.
