With the increase in the workload of receiving and delivering in the factory, the consignee and consignor must follow the processing provisions when they load and unload the goods during the daily work. Choose spreaders accurately and reasonably, and equip fully with belts, chains and hooks. Chains cannot be used to lift band steel during delivering, and if you work with imprudence, you will cause damage to the edge of the finished products which may cause deformation of the coils’ core. Band steel with light tonnage and narrow width must be loaded in the cloth or hooks, which is to avoid customer complaints due to quality issues. In fact，band steel should be placed in the steel frame, and fixed firmly in case of leaning and falling onto the ground. When the consignee and consignor find out the problems of the original volume or serious damage to the packaging, it is necessary to timely feedback them to the clerk, then inform the customer of the problems by taking photos and confirm with the customer before receiving and entering storehouse. From now, if there is no feedback on problems which results in quality objections or claims, the costs would be borne by the responsible individuals, which should be paid great attention on.

It is necessary to admit our own problems or mistakes made courageously, and frankly bear the responsibility, rather than sitting on the ground to break the jar. We ought to have sense of responsibility on our own work, and be willing to accept and dare to correct when others put their finger on us. We has always required that the site staff must be responsible for their own area tidy and sanitary, and we would have the weekly inspection of the units on a regular basis. Unqualified or unscheduled units would be assessed and they cannot get off work until cleaning it up. Basic clean-up work is part of their daily work, which is as important as processing and production.
