In this year, our company has been always advocating detailed visual correction work, and every employee can put forth his own power to improve the work environment and living environment. When members of a group make a joint effort towards the same goal, if some people are always left behind or cannot keep up with the group, and do not insist on it, then they would be difficult to reflect their own value to the company, which may gradually become a optional role. “The devil is in the details”, and from now on, Administration Department staff need to monitor the quality of photos about daily correction work and conduct daily assessment on some staff which are not involved in the work and muddle through with unclear thinking. Personnel Department staff should keep the normal supervision on the daily staff work. Recently, more new employees have joined in our company, and senior employees should do a good example actively and create a stressful working atmosphere for other employees.

Recently, with the increase in the cost of manpower and processing materials, our company issued the latest processing price standards. If processing output value have been increasing, staff salaries would continue to increase with processing revenues driving benefits, and with same output and upward unit price, staffs’ income also would be increased correspondingly, which the premise of high income is that we must have high output value and still need to provide good service in order to get high value. Therefore, whether you are the manager, packer or production personnel, we all should attempt to think about how to give better quality back to our customers in better appearance, and how to improve our own skills and overall qualities and take our own income at ease. If we do not attach importance to them, some results may be caused including customers churn, output fell and revenues declined, so we have to change ourselves, more than patience and perseverance, less complaint and negativity, and continue processing business with the real strength and quality .
