It is significant to keep the same goal and one mind and fight with external forces to protect the interest of ourselves and the company.

Machinery equipment should be inspected regularly so that the problems can be found and repaired in time. Any machine which needs repairing must be reported to the company and summarize them to purchase new ones together. The contract must be signed when purchasing the large-scale machine in the workshop. Besides, the responsibilities of the supplier when there exist laceration during the warranty period must be specified on the contracts, even the reserved right of ouselves to insist on accountablity for quality issues, potential risks and the decreasing of production efficiency during using should be also clearly stipulated, which is to protect the rights of consumers. Meanwhile, it also should be emphasized that the key of controlling the cost means using machines in company carefully, avoiding rough handling and reducing the maintenance expense. The work of supervision must pay more attention on details and it is definitely useful if it is continuous from the systematized control to the transactional control.
