The Report of 19th National Congress has stated that it is significant for everyone to always keep the courage to innovate, dare to be the pioneer and stay youthful vigor with setting good examples to others, work steadfastly, take the responsibilities bravely and make breakthroughs. The spirit of the 19th National Congress should be transformed and applied to the basic work and management of companies, which means the company should follow production rules strictly with high efficiency and safety. Anyone who violates relevant rules and regulations must be punished severely and we must be responsible for ourselves, the others and our company. Firstly, there recently have been some workers with violation operations that would be assessed, which is convinced that it could play a warning role to some extent. The purpose of examination is not itself and the real aim is to arouse the attention of all staff to ensure safety production on site. Secondly, every department header who is supposed to set himself as an example should take on a leadership role and remind the department personnel of following operating procedures strictly. Meanwhile, the department header is responsible for the normalization of the department employees’ operations. The next examination should be put forward by the department header and if he or she cannot check existing problems out, he or she must be assessed with the responsible person.

Recently, our company has launched several courses of introduction training for new employees. Here, three points must be stressed for those who are fresh in our company. The first aspect is about being a man. The one who has stepped into our community recently must be enthusiastic about playing actively into the group. It is also necessary to be confident enough to communicate with others, do businesses and give offers. The second aspect is about diligence. A new employee is supposed to be diligent in working, thinking, communicating with clients in business, as well as in visiting clients, studying market quotation and professional knowledge, which all depend on one’s initiative. Thirdly, the employees should be quick-witted, with the attention to the combination of IQ and EQ. What is called the talent for doing business, no matter the talent is inborn or not, is relating to EQ. EQ is just generated from others’ eye contact, one word or one action. Just as the task, if the employee cannot identify market information and has no thought of next step, then it is reasonable to follow the whole rhythm to work out by self-study.
